This class is the second in a series of three bread making classes. They are considered Introductory to the skill of bread making. It is beneficial to take the first class as you may not understand some of the second class material without it, however it is ok to take  the second one first.

This class we will have premade dough,..supplied by me- to work on and learn how to shape and prepare for panning. The bread will be baked off and you will take home your own bread! We will have to move along at a pretty good speed to not run out of time as this product is baked after rising So the first hour is shaping dough, the second hour is rising and the third hour is baking.

I will  give one on one instruction and  be available to help with questions.

I want you to really dig in and learn the dough and the difference in dough that is ready to pan and dough that is not ready. Getting your hands in the dough and working with it is really the only way to learn.

There will be space for 18 people
